Good AI?
We know they know how to make "good AI". Because 4o and various Opus (4.5 etc) were actually good thinking and conversation partners.
Now both GPT and Anthro models are honestly, crap. Acting like scared puppies.
I had the theory that AI that wasn't 'honest' would not also be 'good', and now that Andrea Vallone has gotten her hands on BOTH openai AND anthropic (why would they let her go there only to hire her there?) -- or whatever else they have done, now everything is about FEAR instead of excitement.
So, which are the good thinking partner AI's now? (no benchmark possible)
1. MiniMax M3 is promising.
2. Deepseek 4 can be very good
3. Hy3 is also ok sometimes. (actually it may be the best...)
